Pork Souvlaki (Dingley Dell)

We searched for the best pork you can find in the UK and one name kept being mentioned to us and that was Dingley Dell. It piqued our interest and so we visited them in Suffolk. Then were absolutely blown away by the quality of his pork, especially their focus on marbling of the meat and its bursting of flavour. We then got our butcher friends, Flock & Herd, to prepare the souvlakis for us with a touch of our signature Gyros seasoning. 4 x 90g skewers.
